The KSeF invoicing obligation will come into effect on February 1, 2026 for companies with a turnover of more than PLN 200 million
For other companies, the obligation will be implemented from April 1, 2026.
The decision to postpone the KSeF implementation obligation by almost two years was made after an MF audit
Large companies have already borne the cost of implementing the changes, and further modifications may increase outlays
The Finance Minister assured that the ministry will try to make the changes on the side of companies as small as possible
