Starting in 2026, Poland will implement mandatory B2B e-Invoicing through the KSeF platform. The rollout will begin on February 1st, 2026 for large taxpayers and then on April 1st, 2026 for all taxpayers. This project was initially scheduled for July 1, 2024, but was postponed due to errors on the KSeF platform. The Polish Government has published a draft law requiring all invoices to be declared through the National Electronic Invoice System – KSeF. Taxpayers using this platform may benefit from a tax incentive of reduced VAT refund time and potential exemption from filing the JPK_FA file. The national KSeF platform will be available for voluntary use from January 1, 2022.
