The Ministry of Finance is not considering reducing the VAT rate on electricity from 23 per cent to 8 per cent, Deputy Minister Jarosław Neneman informed. On the other hand, the Ministry of Climate and Environment conducts analyses of non-tax instruments, such as various types of subsidies or measures in the form of freezing heat or electricity prices.
