The Ministry of Finance has announced a phased timeline for the implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Starting from February 2026, businesses with sales exceeding PLN 200 million (approximately EUR 46 million) must comply with the KSeF. As of April 2026, all entrepreneurs will fall under the scope. The postponement of the KSeF was due to technical concerns revealed in a technical audit, which showed numerous errors. The Minister emphasized the need to develop a new system architecture. Additionally, a dedicated hotline for the KSeF will be available for taxpayers from July 2024, providing substantive and technical information on the National e-Invoicing System and relevant tax information.
