Please be advised that, as a result of a change in the government’s tax structure, the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) has imposed a value-added tax (VAT) rate of nineteen percent (19%) on official fees related to intellectual property services.
Meanwhile, it is important to note that the Finance and Tax Law of 2022, which established a 19% value-added tax, was earlier passed by the Algerian government.
