The Slovakian Ministry of Finance (MoF) recently released the draft National Reform Program (NPR) which includes plans for various reforms in the country. One key focus is the adoption of e-invoicing, particularly the eFaktúra system. The MoF aims to implement the e-invoicing system nationwide in line with the EU’s “VAT in the Digital Age” (ViDA) initiative, pending approval. A specific timeline for mandatory e-invoicing implementation has not been announced yet.
