- The Polish Ministry of Finance has initiated a public consultation on new schema specifications for JPK_PKPiR, JPK_EWP, and JPK_ST.
- These updates are in response to changes in the PIT Act and the Act on Lump-Sum Income Tax on Certain Incomes Earned by Individuals.
- The new specifications will come into effect simultaneously with the legal changes, starting from January 1, 2026, for taxpayers settling based on the PIT Act and the Act on Lump-Sum Income Tax, and from January 1, 2027, for other taxpayers. The public consultation period is open until May 10.
