The Ministry of Finance has proposed a draft legal amendment to the National e-Invoicing System for consultation. The system, which was supposed to become mandatory from 1 July 2024, has faced performance issues, leading to the need for a technological audit. The proposed solutions include an undisclosed implementation deadline and the continued mandatory participation for VAT taxpayers with a registered office or fixed place of business in Poland.
