- The Polish government has released a draft amendment to the mandatory National e-invoicing system, with a public consultation open until April 19, 2024.
- The draft amendment reflects changes discussed during a briefing held by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 21.
- The proposed changes include the postponement of the second stage of electronic handling of cases regarding binding rate information, excise information, information on origin, and tariff information.
