The Ministry of Finance confirms that sellers will be able to voluntarily issue invoices in the KSeF for consumers. It will also be possible to issue invoices with attachments, but only for certain industries. On the other hand, in order to deduct tax-deductible costs, the buyer must provide a tax identification number (NIP) and receive an invoice in the system. According to experts, these are good changes that will facilitate the implementation of the system, but it is worth introducing more simplifications, e.g. abolishing restrictions on attachments.
