In Germany, the regulations for electronic B2G invoicing have so far been particularly complex as they vary across the 16 federal states. However, the federal government has decided to make electronic invoicing in the B2B sector mandatory in phases from January 1, 2025 until 2028 in order to simplify the legislation and combat tax evasion. E-invoicing should be established as a standard procedure for national B2B services. Therefore, German companies only have a limited time window to implement suitable e-invoicing solutions.
Our webinar will examine the German e-invoicing regulations in detail and explain the technical requirements. We will discuss what this means for your company and how recent developments in Germany compare to other European countries.
Webinar will be held in German
