- The proposed draft emergency ordinance would extend the grace period from 31 March to 31 May.
- The draft legislation clarifies the penalties for non-compliance, with varying amounts based on taxpayer size: RON 1000 to 2500 for small taxpayers, RON 2500 to 5000 for medium taxpayers, and RON 5000 to 10000 for large taxpayers. The law is expected to be approved soon.
