- Poland has introduced an E-Delivery Address requirement for established liberal professionals and entities in the Polish Register of Entrepreneurs, replacing paper correspondence.
- The requirement, initially set for March 10, 2024, has been postponed, and the first companies will need to set up the e-delivery address by October 1, 2024.
- The e-delivery system will replace paper correspondence and the current ePUAP platform, with businesses required to create a dedicated e-delivery address to receive correspondence from public administration entities, including the tax office.
