- The Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) enables the issuing, sending, receiving and storing of e-invoices on a voluntary basis since 2022. However, not many taxpayers have decided to implement this solution so far.
- The introduction of mandatory e-invoicing through the KSeF was planned for 1 July 2024. Nevertheless, its implementation has been postponed due to critical errors identified in the system’s code.
- Taxpayers should use these additional months to prepare for the implementation both from an IT and a tax perspective.
