The 2024 edition of our annual reference book is now available for download as a pdf, outlining value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and sales tax systems in 150 jurisdictions. New chapters for 2024 include Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The guide covers various topics related to consumption taxes, such as the scope of the tax, liability, rates, time of supply, input tax recovery, invoicing, returns and payment, and penalties. It also includes expanded content on electronic invoicing. Additionally, the guide provides lists of national currencies and tax rates for the included jurisdictions
