The Decree on the refund of VAT on advance payments for solar panels of 30 November 2022, no. 2022-26848 (V-N 2022/56.12) will be repealed with effect from 9 March 2024.
The decree contains an approval for the refund of VAT on advance payments made in the year 2022 for the supply and installation of solar panels in the year 2023. As a result, the decision has lost its relevance due to the passage of time.
