- The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) implementation date has been postponed due to critical errors in the system code and IT problems. The Ministry of Finance will commission an external IT audit to determine a new implementation date.
- The VAT rate on food will remain at 0%, covering basic food products. Additionally, the rules for submitting applications for Binding Rate Information (WIS) have changed to electronic submission only via the e-Tax Office platform, requiring applicants to have an account on the portal.
