The National e-Invoicing System will be mandatory for businesses, and the Ministry is holding consultations on the project. Janina Fornalik, a partner and tax advisor at MDDP, is participating in the consultations. There are uncertainties about the implementation of the mandatory e-Invoicing System, including the expected date of entry into force.
