The National e-Invoice System (KSeF), which was supposed to be mandatory from July 1, 2024, will be implemented at a later date. The Ministry of Finance has announced that the new mandatory date for KSeF will be determined between April and May. The Ministry has taken into consideration the opinions of entrepreneurs and will make necessary legislative changes and issue executive acts to ensure stability and predictability for businesses. Detailed information about the progress of implementing the National e-Invoice System will be published on the Ministry of Finance’s website. The Ministry will also conduct a detailed analysis based on the concerns raised by entrepreneurs and will make any necessary changes in dialogue with them. There are no planned changes to Article 106na para. 1 of the Act on Goods and Services Tax.
