The European Commission released a report on the impact of Directive 2014/55/EU on electronic invoicing in public procurement, highlighting the standardization of practices, cost-benefit analysis, positive outcomes for SMEs and large enterprises, legal certainty, and fostering interoperability. The report also mentioned suggested amendments to the ViDA proposal by the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs of the European Parliament.
