On February 16th, the Polish Ministry of Finance held initial consultations with businesses about KSeF, covering security, performance, and the impact of B2C transactions. The MoF outlined a timeline for upcoming changes, including offline modes, QR codes, and replacement of tokens with authorization certificates by March 2024. Consultations and audits will follow until April/May 2024, leading to the revised mandatory e-invoicing implementation date. Legislative amendments for mandatory e-invoicing are expected between May and July 2024. The MoF emphasized that the public consultation process will not reset previous work on KSeF and will recognize taxpayers’ investments in integrating with the system.
