The mandatory phase of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) implementation has been postponed and the new date will be announced after an audit. The Ministry of Finance held a meeting to review collaboration and outline future actions. The KSeF obligation will still be implemented, but the introduction has been deferred due to critical errors. Public consultations on KSeF changes are open until December 18, and a new implementation date will be announced.
