The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has issued a message to service providers about the importance of complying with e-invoicing requirements as the fourth phase comes to an end. ZATCA appreciates the progress made in electronic invoicing and emphasizes the responsibility of service providers. The authority also highlights the benefits of connecting with them for electronic document submission. It reminds parties of the consequences of non-compliance and the right to terminate agreements. Pagero commits to continuing adherence to the requirements and monitoring ZATCA’s developments as the fourth phase ends on 29 February 2024.
