The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed and submitted for discussion a draft order On Amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2023 No. 279 “On Approval of the Rules for Making Decisions on Restricting the Issuance of Invoices in Electronic Form in the Information System of Electronic Invoices and on the Abolition of Such Restriction, as well as the Forms of Such Decisions”, Uchet.kz reports.
The rules for making decisions on restricting the issuance of VAT invoices in electronic form in the electronic VAT information system and on the cancellation of such restriction, as well as the forms of such decisions, approved by the said Order, shall be set out in a new edition in accordance with the Appendix to this Order.
