The Minister of Finance (MoF) met with business representatives to discuss the implementation of mandatory e-invoicing through KSeF. Key assurances and plans were outlined, including the confirmation of the implementation, the announcement of a new starting date for the mandate between April and May 2024, and the publication of a consultation schedule after February 9th to address legal and technical aspects of KSeF. The MoF has also pledged to consider feedback from businesses already integrating with KSeF to prevent additional expenses for these entities.
