The Minister of Finance (MoF) met with business representatives to discuss the implementation of mandatory e-invoicing through KSeF. Key assurances and plans were outlined, including the confirmation of the implementation, the announcement of a new starting date for the mandate between April and May 2024, and the publication of a consultation schedule after February 9th to address legal and technical aspects of KSeF.
