- The Cyprus Tax Department has extended the reporting deadline for DAC7 data submission in respect of 2023 to 16 February 2024.
- DAC7 addresses issues from digital platforms, requiring operators to report sellers’ income and Member States to exchange this information.
- The new rules generally apply from 1 January 2023 with reporting due by 31 January of the following year.
- Late submission after 16 February may incur penalties. Instructions for submitting DAC7 data involve registering with the Government Gateway Portal CY Login and then registering to the DAC7 e-service using the DAC7 Portal.
- Data can be submitted in XML format.
