On December 14, 2023, the Ministry of Finance published the updated Real Estate VAT Decree. This Decree updates the 2013 version of the same Decree. On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, Less Grey is hosting a webinar to update you on the (possible) changes resulting from this updated Decree (in Dutch).
