ECJ conclusion of A-G Kokott in the VAT cases on pension funds expected today, but delayed to March 14, 2024

The conclusion was actually supposed to come today, but it was postponed.

Important question whether Dutch pension funds are a mutual investment fund for VAT and can use the VAT exemption.
