The approval of the right of advance deduction when providing food and drinks for on-site use within the framework of the hotel, café, restaurant, boarding house and related business in the sales tax deduction policy decision ( UN 2021/40.11 ) is effective as of Expired January 1, 2024. The approval has been codified on that date.
