The obligatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF) will enter into force on July 1, 2024. The Ministry of Finance informs that it does not currently plan to change this date. However, more and more entrepreneurs and experts are calling for a postponement to correct numerous shortcomings of the regulations. On the other hand, there are voices that companies that have already invested significant funds in adapting to KSeF do not want to incur the costs of further changes.
