Malta’s Commissioner for Revenue has announced the DAC6 annual notification form for non-disclosing intermediaries, which is due by 29 February 2024.

The Annual Notification due by 29th February 2024 is available for download and can be found here. Notifications shall be made by sending a signed copy of the completed document together with the Excel file to [email protected].
