- The new SINIEF Adjustment 49/23 requires states to implement NFCom e-invoices for communication services, starting from April 1, 2025.
- NFCom must be used for charging communication services such as radio, television, news portals, printed newspapers, internet providers, and telephony. Several states have already adopted the NFCom requirements despite the initial deadline extension to July 1, 2025.
