Many practical problems were not noticed in the regulations providing for the mandatory implementation of the National e-Invoice System. Taxpayers will generally not be able to issue invoices in accordance with the regulations. It is difficult to predict how the Ministry of Finance will approach these problems and whether it will be able to find any sensible solutions – says Leszek Lewandowicz, secretary of the Management Board of the Association of Accountants in Poland (SKwP), tax advisor.
