Colombia’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit issued Decree No. 2039/2023, establishing tax regulations for digital services and entities with substantial economic presence. Starting on January 1, 2024, the decree imposes new tax requirements on nonresident individuals or entities without domicile in Colombia.
