Based on paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:
On the approval of the “List of raw materials and materials exempted from the import value added tax” and the cancellation of the Decree No. 1654 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 2, 2017 on the approval of the “List of raw materials and materials exempted from the import value added tax” Azerbaijan In part 4 of Decree No. 1732 of the President of the Republic dated July 1, 2022 (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2022, No. 7, Article 721; 2023, No. 2, Article 252, No. 6, Article 782, No. 7, Article 942) Replace the words “2023” with “2026”.
