After July 1, 2024, the buyer will still be able to issue invoices for the seller in the National e-Invoice System. This is an illogical solution that in practice makes self-invoicing impossible. The Ministry of Finance notices the problem, but has not yet presented a solution – says Kajetan Kubicz, attorney in the KSEF EKSPERT team in the LTCA tax department.
