After July 1, 2024, the buyer will still be able to issue invoices for the seller in the National e-Invoice System. However, if the seller is a foreign entity, he will have to authorize the buyer to self-invoice in… KSeF, which means he must have a Polish NIP. This is an illogical solution that in practice makes self-invoicing impossible. The Ministry of Finance notices the problem, but has not yet presented a solution – says Kajetan Kubicz, attorney in the KSEF EKSPERT team in the LTCA tax department.
