- Latvia is currently planning to introduce mandatory e-invoicing requirements starting in 2025.
- This initiative is set to cover transactions between businesses (B2B) as well as those between businesses and government agencies (B2G) within Latvia.
- However, it should be noted that the Ministry of Finance has not yet introduced amendments to the necessary laws to officially mandate e-invoicing from 2025.
