The Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs, Adam Abramowicz, appealed to the Minister of Finance, Andrzej Domański, to postpone the entry into force of the National e-Invoice System, the Ombudsman’s office informed. The Ministry emphasizes that it does not currently plan to change the date. The Ombudsman wants the mandatory KSeF to cover only large entities from July 1, 2024, medium-sized entities from January 1, 2025, small taxpayers from July 1, 2025, and micro-entrepreneurs from January 1, 2026.
