The Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has passed a law that increases the threshold for mandatory VAT registration from 50,000 BAM to 100,000 BAM. This change is intended to account for inflation and rising prices of goods and services. The law will come into effect on December 2, 2023. The registration procedure for taxpayers will follow the existing regulations at the time.
