The GSTN has introduced 4 important changes under GST for taxpayers that everyone must be aware of.
Thhe changes are as follows:
- 1. Good News; Computation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) updated in GSTR-9
- 2. GSTN issued an Advisory for the procedures and provisions related to the amnesty for taxpayers who missed the appeal filing deadline for the orders passed on or before March 31, 2023
- 3. GSTN issued an Important advisory for the Pilot Project of Biometric-Based Aadhaar Authentication and Document Verification for GST Registration Applicants of Andhra Pradesh
- 4. GSTN issued an Important advisory on Two-factor Authentication for Taxpayers to strengthen login security in the GST portal
