The FTA has published Public clarification VATP035 clarifying further on the Ministerial decision No. 262 of 2023 on the criteria to be followed in determining pieces and parts relating to electronic devices.
The clarification removes a lot of ambiguities prevailing on the treatment of accessories if such would qualify as pieces and parts relating to electronic devices.
