Training provided by the company will be exempt from VAT if the skills acquired during the training are directly related to the industry or profession of the training participants and are aimed at obtaining or updating knowledge for professional purposes. However, the documents must clearly state that the training is financed from public funds. This is confirmed by the tax office and experts.
