Public documents have been released regarding sales tax on share transactions. This is a request made under the Open Government Act. The request will pertain to the VAT charged on mediation fees, including the success fee, as well as the deduction of VAT by the seller in different holding situations. The documents released include reports from the National OB technical consultation, reports from chain consultations, and email correspondence.
