The Ministry of Finance presented two draft regulations on issuing invoices in the National e-Invoice System. The draft regulation on the use of KSeF specifies, among others: types of authorizations, authentication methods and the scope of data that allows access to structured invoices. The project on issuing invoices concerns, among others, documenting the sale of goods and services exempt from VAT.
