As of November 7, it was supposed to be mandatory to follow the new declaration rules for export operations (AES-P1) and transit (NCTS -P5) in the real environment. These rules were introduced as part of a project to update the electronic management of export declarations. However, with Note no. 665220/RU, dated November 3, 2023, the Italian Customs Authorities announced that the deadline for compliance has been postponed. The new deadline will be communicated at a later date.
