The draft regulation of the Minister of Finance was published, introducing changes related to the obligation to issue and receive e-invoices via the National e-Invoice System. These changes will take effect from July 1, 2024. The main impact on local government units will be the need to include the invoice identification number in the JPK_V7M/K file. This number will determine the date of receipt of the invoice and must be indicated in the payment title. Local government units will need to make adjustments to their systems and procedures to accommodate these changes.
