In October, the Ministry of Finance said that the Government Office had issued a letter on a proposal to continue reducing VAT in the first 6 months of 2024. Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Concept agreed with this proposal and assigned the Ministry of Finance to urgently synthesize the proposed contents for submission to the National Assembly.
