Until November 14, 2023, comments can be submitted on the draft amendment to the regulation on JPK_VAT with declarations, adapted to the obligation to issue invoices in the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), informs the Ministry of Finance. The amendments to the regulation are intended to eliminate doubts as to how data should be included in declarations and records after the introduction of mandatory e-invoicing.
