On 23 October 2023, the Council of Ministers approved the legislative decree implementing the tax delegation, containing measures for the rationalisation and simplification of the rules on tax compliance.
News for VAT subjects
The new decree also provides that starting from 2024, the subjects required to send data on health expenses to the Health Card System for the preparation, by the Revenue Agency, of the pre-filled tax return, will provide for the transmission of data every six months.
