The Kenya Revenue Authority has published a Step-by-Step Guide on How to Apply for Withholding Vat Exemption, dated 31 October 2023, which was provided as part of the Finance Act 2023 for registered manufacturers with investment of at least KES 3 billion in the previous three years.
